Southern
Yellow Pine is the cornerstone
of our country’s building industry. Our inventory of Yellow Pine
consists of timbers only (3”x12” and larger). The yellow pine
timbers we carry are kiln dried in sizes up to 24”x24” and lengths
up to 40’.
The biggest attraction to pine is certainly the cost and availability. Pine is generally blonde in color and takes stain very well. Many of our customers ask us to perform one of our custom milling finishes to add some character. Our distressing procedure along with some stain and wax produces a great looking product, and in most cases costs less than Cedar or Cypress.
